European Banking Federation

Noémie Papp is the head of Digital and Retail for the European Banking Federation, driving the EBF strategy on digital and retail including cloud computing, e-identification, data, FinTech, Payments, Cybersecurity and Blockchain. Previous to that she completed traineeships at the European Commission Directorate General for Competition, in the State aids Unit and with the French Competition Authority in the Cabinet of the President and the legal service European Competition Network.

Noémie Papp will be joining the panel discussion, investigating the implementation of the revised Payment Service Directive or PSD2, Open Banking and Application Programming Interface (API). Noémie will be sharing her knowledge on the development of PSD2, how it aims to expand competition inside the market for alternative payment services and the associated risks.
